School choice debate heats up in Tennessee
Channel 4 News covers the growing momentum for bringing a school choice program to Tennessee, which would allow parents to choose where to send their kids to school. The TV station interviewed Beacon CEO Justin Owen about the benefits of such a program.
“Every child is different, and it’s important we recognize that and give parents the ability to put their kids in the schools that best serve their needs,” said Justin Owen, with the Beacon Center of Tennessee.
