Lee Sands is the Local Government Policy Analyst at Libertas Institute. He has had a lifelong passion for research, writing, entrepreneurship, local government, and building relationships with people from all walks of life.
Lee has researched, written, and helped pass a number of zoning-related state bills and local ordinances.Victories include statewide mobile business deregulation and local ordinances granting property owners the freedom to build accessory dwelling units and operate home-based businesses.
